摘    要:建设优秀的班集体,培养身心健康、全面发展的学生是每个班主任所追求的目标。管理班级通常被认为是一项艰巨繁杂的工作,但是班级管理意义重大,它更是一门艺术。着力运用和提高班级管理艺术,班主任需要收放有度。本文主要从班级管理目标、管理班级、了解学生、树立形象等方面来探讨班级管理中的梯度、尺度、深度和信度。

Abstract:To construct an excellent class as well as cultivate all-round students sound in body and mind is the goal that every class teacher pursues.Class management is often considered arduous and complicated work,but it is of great significance,and even an art.To strive to create the art of class management,class teachers should maintain the proper measure.This thesis mainly focuses on four aspects as follows:the gradient in class objectives,the measure in class management,the depth of understanding students,the reliability in establishing the teacher's image.
