| 摘 要： | 思想政治理论课教师必须具备崇高的职业道德、心理素质和过硬的业务能力。思想政治课教师队伍建设要从"科学建制、搭建交流平台、强化内涵、鼓励机制、注重实践"等方面入手,充分发挥青年教师主力军作用,鼓励青年教师创新工作方法,提升教学质量,推动高校教育事业稳步向前发展。

| Abstract: | Teachers of ideological and political theory courses must possess noble professional morality,psychological quality and excellent business ability.The teachers＇ team construction should follow the principle of ＂scientific establishment,building communication platform,strengthening the connotation,the encouragement mechanism,paying attention to practice＂.There are some measures to promote steadily the development of education in colleges and universities career：giving full play to their role as the main force of young teachers;encouraging young teachers to practice innovative working methods and improve teaching quality. |
