摘    要:当前实践取向的职前教师教育模式得到了大力提倡并取得了不错的成绩,但师范生走向岗位之后能否获得持续的发展往往并非取决于职前教育课程中所学的内容,职前教师教育更应该注重的是学生精神家园的培养,回归教育理想。

Abstract:Currently , the practical orientation of preservice teacher education mode has been advocated , and has achieved good results . However , the most important factor determining sustainable development for normal school students’ career is not the course content in preservice education . As a result , more attention should be paid to cultivating the students’ spirit of education so as to realize education ideals .
