| 摘 要： | 子贡从一个孔子不太喜欢的有诸多缺点的学生成长为道德高尚、才能突出、深受孔子喜爱和信任的贤才,孔子的"因材施教"发挥了重要的作用。通过学习,子贡逐渐克服了自身的种种缺点,而孔子也在"教学相长"的过程中丰富和完善着自己的理论和实践。子贡和孔子的关系达到了亦师、亦友、亦亲的高度,其中的经验很值得我们学习借鉴。
