| 摘 要： | 现代科学的发展扩大了外交信息的接收范围，提高了反馈的速率，系统的决策理论成为指导外交决策的方法论，外交咨询机构科学化、专业化的工作提高了外交决策的效率。外交决策实现了从经验决策到科学决策的转变。外交决策过程中的现代科学因素愈发凸现。

| Abstract: | Modern science has extended the information scope of foreign affairs and improved the speed of feedback.With the scientific and professional work by foreign affair consultation organizations,the systematic strategic theory has become the methodology to guide the decision-making of foreign policy,and has improved the efficiency of it.Modern scientific factors are playing more and more important roles in the decision-making of foreign policy. |
