| 摘 要： | 民族地区外贸发展战略的演变既要适应对外开放的变化,也要考虑民族地区的客观需求。本文从发展观念、优势、国际市场、保护政策及人才培育等五个方面进行分析,提出了相应的外贸发展战略。
