Theme Park: Its Impact on Regional Economy and Its Construction and Development

With nearly five decades of development,the theme park,following famous mountains,great rivers,and cultural relics,has become one of the main tourist attractions all over the world.The construction of theme parks has considerable impact on regional economic development in many ways such as in rational distribution of regional resources,enhancement of regional core competitive power,optimization of regional industrial structure,and promotion of comprehensive regional socio-economic development.However,those irrationally built theme parks have exerted negative effect on social economic development.Based on the discussion above,this paper explores the fundamental approaches on theme park construction and development.
