It is a matter of great importance to further develop and increase our state-owned economy for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Ever since the reform,the general level of our state-owned economy has been rising and the total amount has been increasing,but its position and proportion in the national economy is declining.We must deepen the reform,increase investment,raise quality and strengthen the overall economic strength so as to guarantee our political,economic and social safety and to better and faster promote the modernizing construction and overall development.
