| 摘 要： | "环境法革命"作为当代中国法学研究中的一种学术思潮和理论主张,以批判和解构传统法学的概念、价值和理论体系为基本理论取向,并在否定传统法学理论的同时,凸现传统法学含蕴的文化逻辑、预设观念,以此来实现对传统法学范式的超越和重构."环境法革命"理论的产生有其客观必然性;它既包含积极合理的因素,也存在某些不足和消极影响.正确评价"环境法革命论",充分借鉴其提供的丰富思想资源,不但能促进环境法学自身理论体系的建构,同时也有利于推动整个中国法学体系的发展和完善.
