| 摘 要： | 古巴比伦时期,房屋租赁活动开始活跃起来,正房、厢房、阁楼、商店、旅馆等各种类型的房屋都可以自由租赁。房屋的租期一般为1年,租金通常采用货币租金,其支付方式也多种多样。在房屋租赁活动中,女祭司成为一个重要群体。古巴比伦时期房屋租赁活动的活跃反映了这一时期商品经济的繁荣和私有制的进一步发展。

| Abstract: | In Old Babylon period,the house-lease became flourishing and formed the perfect contracts.The house for leasing was various.The house,attic,wing-room,shop and hotel could be leased freely.The time for house lease was usually one year.The rentals were money,and the manner for paying rent was different.In the activity of house-lease,the priestesses were the important participators.The prosperity of house-lease indicates that the commerce economy and the private ownership got a rapid development. |
