| 摘 要： | 处理好生态环境保护与农民脱贫致富的关系是民族地区生态环境建设的关键。持续农业是民族地区生态环境建设的现实选择。持续农业应遵循生态环境的内在演化规律。民族地区实施持续农业必须扩大生态环境容量,提高资源更新率;利用资源优势,发展特色产业;培育农村市场体系,推进农业产业化;引入市场机制,建立生态环保公司。

| Abstract: | It is important to deal with the relationship between protecting eco-environment and getting rich for farmers. The paper analyzes the auto-evolving rule of eco-environment, such as auto-organizing, endurance, and uncertainty. Sustainable agriculture is the path to improve eco-environment and it is also a "win-win" policy for sustainable development. Finally, it puts forward strategies for sustainable agriculture. |
