论正义原则

正义的核心含义是给予每个人应得的东西。正义原则合乎自然道德法规和社会实证法规两种规范 ,它是一种秩序原则、行为原则、分配原则和评价原则 ,它还涉及到代际正义和国际正义问题。它要求我们每位社会成员合乎正义地待人和为社会财富的增加作贡献 ,要求政府为我们提供一个正义原则践行的环境。正义原则的践行是一个机会平等原则、规则公平原则、分配公正原则等具体规则实行的过程 ,其践行的现状同其理想态还有相当的差距。在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,我们每位社会成员和政府要在已经取得的成果的基础上 ,通过实际的努力逐步实现正义原则 ,使每位成员都能相近程度地享受到社会财富增加带来的好处。

On the Justice Principle

The key meaning of justice is to give everyone what he should be given.The justice principle keeps in step with the natural moral codes and the social positive ones. It is some principle of behaviors,judgment, distribution and order, and also has something to do with the justice between different generations and between different nations(or states). According to the Principle, social members should treat others fairly and make their own contributions to the increase of the social wealth; the government should supply us a good environment for practicing the Principle. The practice of the Principle is a process of the realization of some concrete principles, such as the principle of equal opport Unities, fair rules andjust sharing rules. However, there is a great gap between its reality and the ideal state. In the socialist market economy, our social members and the government should realize the justice principle gradually, onthe basis of the won fruits and through real efforts, to bring everyone with the benefit along with the increase of the social wealth.
