中美中小学教育惩罚比较研究

在我国各类学校的教育教学行为中，教育惩罚虽然近年来不被提倡，却依然随处可见。而在教育较为发达的美国，教育惩罚也同样经常发生。两国由于社会性质和文化背景存在差异，因此在教育惩罚方面，既有共同的地方，也有各自不同的特色。从中美两国中小学教育惩罚的政策、现象、方式和观念四方面进行比较研究，有利于教育工作者得到启示，从而不断提高教育教学质量。

A study on punishment in China and the United States education

In China,punishment in teaching has not been encouraged,but still it can often be seen in schools,and so is case in American though it is a developed country.Due to the different social and cultural backgrounds in education,punishment in education shows different characteristics.This paper compares from four aspects the punishment in education in China and the United States,they are policy of punishment,phenomenon of punishment,ways of punishment and concept of punishment.The study will benefit educators and improve education quality.
