| 摘 要： | 列宁在领导俄国革命和建设的过程中,在总结实践经验的基础上,提出了一系列反腐倡廉的重要思想。他认为：开展反腐倡廉工作,必须反对官僚主义;要从严治党、纯洁队伍、保持党的先进性;建立和实行政务公开的制度;加强对权力的监督是搞好廉政建设的重要保证。列宁关于反腐倡廉的思想对于我们搞好当前的反腐倡廉工作具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Lenin proposed a series of important thoughts on anti-corruption based on his practical experience in leading Russia’s revolution and construction.According to Lenin,bureaucratism must be first opposed to carry out the anti-corruption work;the Party’s discipline should be strictly stressed to purify its members and maintain its advantages;a system featuring open and clear government affairs should be set up and put into effect;an enforced monitoring of power is an important guarantee for the construction of a clean and honest administration.Lenin’s thoughts on anti-corruption work show important guiding significance in our current anti-corruption work. |
