关于企业社会责任何以可能的思考

作为经济活动的主体的企业与社会之间存在着复杂而密切的关系。企业应该如何处理与社会之间的关系,如何在谋求自身利益的同时兼顾社会利益等问题,学界一直争论不休。企业是否应该承担社会责任?企业可不可能承担起社会责任?本文从企业承担社会责任的可能性与必要性两个方面论证,可以看出企业承担社会责任是可能的,而且也是必然的。

A Comment on the Possibility of the Corporate Social Responsibility

There is a close relationship between society and the enterprise which is the subject in economic activity.The debating is still on how the enterprise to deal with it's relationship with society and how to obtain social benefits as well as enterprise's economic benefit.Should the enterprise bear the social responsibility? Could the enterprise bear the social responsibility? By analyzing the possibility and necessary of a corporate social responsibility,the author attempts to verify that a corporate can bear social responsibility.
