Abstract:Qualification of educational research is an intergral part of the qualifying structure of modern teachers,as well as the precondition for teachers to be turned into researchers.Theory qualification,researching ability and research of moral qualification make up teacher's researching qualification:qualification of educational research plays a vitally important role both in enhancing teacher's qualification and promoting of tercher major.
