| 摘 要： | 我国香港地区和内地采用了完全不同的职务犯罪侦查制度。香港由廉政公署对职务犯罪进行侦查,而内地的职务犯罪侦查权事实上由纪委监察机关和反贪污贿赂局分别行使。香港和内地的职务犯罪侦查制度,在多个方面存在着较大的差异。香港廉署的相关制度对内地的职务犯罪侦查制度有较大的借鉴意义。
