| 摘 要： | 修改后的公司法规定了一人有限责任公司制度,对一人有限责任公司的设立、组织机构、资本制度、治理结构等方面作出了一系列规定。本文通过对一人公司在我国目前是否具备合理性基础的分析,比较修改后的公司法对一人有限责任公司规定的优势和不足,为进一步完善我国的一人公司制度提出几点建议。
