实践性法律教学的反思与完善

法律是一门应用性极强的学科,当前高校法律教学过程中,重理论轻实践的痼疾依然存在,某种程度上加剧了法学专业毕业生的就业难度。因此,我们要仔细分析当前法律实践教学中存在的问题,确立法律教学与学习的职业化和实践化理念,明确实践性法律教学的重要地位,切实构建科学的实践性法律教学体系。在此基础上,反思传统法律教学理念与模式,不断完善并提高法律教学的水平。

The Reflection and Improvement of Practical Law Education
