| 摘 要： | 中国古代儒家文化博大精深,包含着非常丰富的关于和谐、融合、和睦的思想和观念。文章就构建和谐图书馆过程中,如何借鉴儒家传统文化包含的"以民为本"、"修身正己"、"和而不同"和"举贤任能"思想的问题进行了探讨,论述了儒家文化对构建和谐图书馆的积极意义。

| Abstract: | Confucian culture of ancient China is profound,which includes a lot of ideas about harmony,fusion and amity.This text expounds on Confucian culture and its important meaning for building a harmonious library from four aspects: basing on the people,self-discipline,harmony but difference,selecting and promoting talented persons. |
