On the Reflection of Constructing Harmonious University Campus

The paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of harmonious university campus, which include democracy and law, fairness and justice, honesty and friendship, full of energy, and peace and security. Then after the analysis of difficult points in construction of harmonious campus, some suggestions are put forward so as to construct the harmonious campus. They are to develop excellent campus culture actively, to handle the relationship between the reform development of university and the actual benefits of staffs, to deal with the relationship between strengthening the system construction and advocating the campus atmosphere of expansive democracy, and to tackle the relationship between overall development and special development.
