| Abstract: | As management bioengineering subject developed,human beings began to use bioengineering method to research enterprises' management behaviors.This article researches the enterprise management DNA system's function based on the management gene and depicts the map of enterprise management gene,and brings forward the idea on how to build enterprise management DNA system through a case of Toyota. |
