摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板电泳方法,研究了东方蝾螈七种组织(小肠、肝、肾、脑、心脏、性腺和尾肌)中的LDH同工酶和EST同工酶,电泳结果显示,不同个体不同组织的LDH同工酶均有二条酶带(LDH1和LDH5),数量上组织特异性不明显,但在显色深度上存在组织差异,其中性腺的LDH1带显色最浅,这表明组织细胞中同时合成了A和B亚单位,但并非随机组合为五种四聚体,显示出经典的五条带.EST同工酶谱可分为四个区共19条带,具有明显的组织特异性,雌雄个体同组织间的差异也很显著。

Abstract:We had analysed the isozyme parterns of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and esterase(EST) from seven tissues of Cynops orientalis by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) method. The 7 tissues were small intestine, liver, kidney, brain, heart, sex-glandand muscle. The results showed that the EST isozyme parterns in various organs had 19bands and exibited a tissue-specific distribution apparently,especially, in small intestine, liver, kidney and sex-gland. The LDH isozyme partern in various organs all only had twobands (LDH1 and LDH5), the others had not found. So we infered that five kinds of isozymeof LDH were not formed randomly by subunit B and A.
