发展中国家产业国际竞争力模型新论

本文通过对MichaelE.Poter的“钻石模型”和Cho的“九要素模型”进行剖析,提出了用来解释发展中国家产业国际竞争力的“八要素模型”。该模型是以发展中国家所处的经济发展阶段作为分析起点的,将国际竞争力的分析定位于产业层次。由于发展中国家的工业化起步较晚,因而其最有可能获得国际竞争优势的产业主要是那些在发达国家受市场萎缩和高生产成本限制而失去竞争优势的传统产业,这就决定了影响发展中国家产业国际竞争力的关键因素与发达国家存在很大差异。

The Industrial Competitiveness Model Applied to Developing Countries: A New Explanation Framework

On the basis of existing research documents at home and abroad, this paper poses the “Eight-Factor model” for explaining international industrial competitiveness of developing countries by analyzing Michael E Poter's Diamond Model and Cho's Nine-Factor Model. Taking the economic development stage of the developing countries as the starting point, this model orientates the analysis of the international competitiveness on industrial level. Because the industrialization of developing countries starts relatively late, their industrial hope of winning the international competitive advantage lies mainly in those traditional industries which have lost competitive advantage in developed countries due to the shrinking of market and high production cost. This determines that the key factors influencing international industrial competitiveness of developing countries are very different from those in developed countries.
