| 摘 要： | ＂集团产业链资本化＂是全球集团经济发展的方向,城市轨道交通具有产业链效应,具有拉动内需、确保增长的可持续性,是国家发展的内在动力;作者在系统研究城市轨道交通产业链的基础上,运用系统工程原理和经济学理论,提出轨道交通产业链BT资本化模式,即以投资建设为核心,运用城市规划和资本市场,全面发展轨道交通产业链的投融资业、地产物业、设计咨询、工程建设和教育培训,逐步形成城市轨道交通资本产业链。
