| 摘 要： | 以张家口市公路处的公路信息化管理平台建设为例,论证了公路信息化管理平台建设的定位、指导思想,以及在机构职能转变下结合管理实际开展信息化的整体规划,同时分析了信息化建设过程中存在风险以及规避措施,旨在打造一套满足管理实际的公路综合信息化管理平台,实现服务经营的最终目标。

| Abstract: | Based on the construction of Zhangjiakou highway information management platform,this paper explores the orientation and guiding ideology of highway information management platform construction,as well as overall planning of informatization in combination of the management practice with the reform of institution function.The risk and measures are analysed,which is aimed to build a highway integrated information management platform for practical management,and realize the ultimate goal of services business. |
