| 摘 要： | 辽代的流刑和唐代流刑同源，出自唐虞，也曾参考了唐代的流刑制度，但与唐律明显不同，说明辽代有自己的流刑法系。辽代流刑分为流、放、置、逐、出、迁、谪、徙八类，以流为主；流又分为连坐、籍没、投放、原宥、问责、配从等八种。文章还就流刑的性质、执行官、执行情况等进行了相应的阐释。
