| 摘 要： | 通过分析村民委员会选举权利救济制度的缺陷;对村民委员会选举权利救济制度的完善提出了建议,认为首先应建立起村委会选举的诉讼救济制度,其次要健全和完善行政复议救济、信访救济、人大监督救济等制度。
