| 摘 要： | 管子、韩非的人性论都是其著书立说的前提基础。管、韩同属法家,其人性论相同之处在于：二者都是经验主义人性论的代表,都是为其政治立说而服务的。管、韩在法家内部分属不同派别,其人性论也存在着相异点：首先在对待儒家式道德态度上,管子采取的是包容性态度,把道德也看作人性所趋之＂利＂,而韩非则采取的是拒斥道德之术的反儒立场,把人性所趋之＂利＂仅限定为纯粹的外在之功利;其次二者人性论所服务的执政者类型以及治国理念也存在着相异之处。总体上看,管子的人性论思想更具有包容性和开放性,而韩非的人性论思想更具有革命性和实用性。
