| 摘 要： | 创新是马克思主义的一个基本观点和本质特征,一个民族要站在科学的高峰,必须有创新思维.文章从三个方面论证了21世纪的竞争是创新人才和创新教育的竞争.改革传统教育,进行教育创新,培养创新人才,要遵循否定之否定规律;进行素质教育,创新教育,必须按照唯物辩证法办事,必须坚持破与立的原则,必须坚持理论与实际相结合,必须有领导、有计划、有步骤地进行.
