改革开放以来女性角色变迁的评估

改革开放以来,中国女性的角色变迁迈进了现代化的新阶段。以角色变迁理论来审视,可以看出,与改革开放前相比照,改革开放以来中日女性的角色变迁主要有如下一些特点:（一）角色变迁理论:“回家”与“就业”的论争;（二）角色变迁机制:法律与组织的保障;（三）角色变迁目标:平等与发展的整合;（四）角色变迁态势:挑战与机遇的并存。这些特点体现了女性角色变迁与社会改革的同频共振。

On the changes of women's roles since the reform and opening up

since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the changes of Chinese women's roles have shown many new modernized characteristics. Comparing with the days before that time, the auther applies the theory of role to study the changes of women' s roles and sum up the main characteristics of the changes of Chinese women's roles since the reform and opening up as follows: (1) the theory of roles' changes: the argument between "staying at home" and "taking up an occupation". (2) the mechanism of roles' changes: secured by law and organizations. (3) the aim of roles' changes: the integration of equality and development. (4) the situation of roles' changes: the coexistence of challenge and opportunity. These characteristics embody the changes of women's roles following social reform.
