| 摘 要： | 外层空间定界问题是半个多世纪以来一直没有解决的一个国际问题。本文对外层空间概念的提出、定界的不同理论以及不同国家的政策主张进行了阐述，并重点分析了主权对外层空间定界问题的影响，并在进行上述分析的基础上，提出了解决外层空间定界的具体出路。

| Abstract: | The boundary of outer space has been at issue for more than half a century. This paper aims to describe and introduce the concept of outer space, the different theories as well as different policies in different countries, and mainly analyze how sovereignty affects the boundary demarcation of outer space. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions for solving the problem. |
