高校贫困生人事智能培养之思考

从当前高校心理教育现状来看,加强贫困生人事智能培养,促进个体主动发展,是提高这一特殊群体心理健康水平的关键。高校培养贫困生人事智能问题,首先必须转变观念,重新审视大学教育的使命,完成共性与个性的两重构建;其次创设有利于贫困生人事智能发展的优良教育环境;再次应坚持助困与育人的有机结合。
