| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展在划一的教育体制面前显得无能为力。传统教育体制下的人才培养模式已远远落后于时代发展的需要。主体性教育思想的出笼也就成为一种历史的必然。知识经济时代下的学校教育对主体性教育的实现又提出了新的历史挑战。创新教育也就成为主体性教育理想实现的途径之一
