| 摘 要： | 集群作为一种经济现象得到广泛的关注,其本质是一个独特的创新系统。只有提高集群的创新能力,才能保持集群的持久生命力。创新集群区别于一般集群之处,在于它的创新能力。文章结合创新集群的特征即网络化、学习性、动态性和复杂性,试图从四个方面来构建集群的创新能力体系。

| Abstract: | As an economic phenomenon cluster which is a unique innovation system in essence has attracted wide attention. The cluster's life can be maintained for a long time through increasing the capability of the cluster's innovation. The differentiation between the innovative cluster and the ordinary cluster is the capability of innovation. Combining the characters of the innovative cluster including network, learning, dynamic and complex, this article tries to construct the system of the cluster's innovation capability from four dimensions. |
