| 摘 要： | 采用La-Zr涂覆石墨管、石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法对土壤中有效态锰的浸取与测定的条件进行了研究。经试验，该法对有效态锰的精密度为5.48%；回收率在93.5%-97.4%之间。测定了一组土样，结果满意。

| Abstract: | The conditibns of extracting valid state Mn in soil and determining the trace amounts of Mn in extracting solution were tested by GFAAS with the graphite tube coated by La-Zr. The sensitivity (RSD) of this method is 5.48% to the valid state manganese; The rate of recovery is 93.5% -97.4%. A group of soil samples were determined , the result is satisfied. |
