“双轨政治”：对当代中国政治形态的一种尝试性解释

在西方学术话语主导中国政治学研究的背景下,基于中国政治自身的历史和现实逻辑,用本土化的概念、理论来重新解释和分析中国政治是可行的。本文以费孝通的＂双轨政治＂为例对其涵义进行新的界定,认为＂双轨政治＂主要包含精英政治和社会民主两方面的内容。用它对当代中国政治形态进行尝试性的解释是成立的,尽管＂双轨政治＂在具有解释优势的同时也存在很大的局限性。但对类似的具有中国本土化特色的概念和理论进行挖掘和开发,有利于中国政治学研究的本土化发展和繁荣。
