| 摘 要： | 针对企业家作为企业从事技术创新行为的主体,他所拥有的学识、思想意识和心理状态等直接决定着技术创新成败的状况,阐述了企业家精神在技术创新中起着的重要作用,企业和企业的管理者要注重培养企业家产生和发展的环境,使企业家成为企业占领市场、增强持久竞争力,进行持久技术创新的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Based on the innovation behaviors undertaken mainly by entrepreneurs in enterprises,and their knowledge,ideology,and psychological state which determine the technological innovation,a discussion is performed on the importance of entrepreneur spirits in the technological innovations.As a result,the enterprises and the managers need to pay much attention to the conditions for entrepreneur generation and growth,so that entrepreneur becomes a key role in the market occupancy,continuous competitive power development and long-term technological innovation for the enterprises. |
