| Abstract: | Insufficiency of domestic demands is a main contradiction in Chinese economic life. Although the central government has put forward a series of macro economic policies, they do not work well. The article holds that insufficiency in policy-making and carrying is main cause; and puts forward some suggestions to better it. |
