包头市加快农村牧区城镇化进程研究

目前包头市农村牧区城镇化建设存在以下问题:1、城镇化建设严重滞后,与发展的要求不相适应;2、发展布局不合理,规模效益不高,辐射带动力有待加强;3、基础设施投入不足,机制不活,可持续发展问题突出;4、区域性规划建设的协调机制不完善,调控力度不够。因此,要大力发展乡镇企业;大力发展农牧业产业化;广开投入渠道,加大城镇基础设施建设力度;深化配套改革,促进城镇化的发展。

Studies on Advancing the Urbanization Process of Baotou Rural-Pastoral Areas

There are some problems in the urbanization of Batou's rural and pastoral areas: the urbanization is lagging and doesn't match up to the demand of the development;the development layout is unreasonable,the scale utility is still low and the radiative pushing power need to be strengthened;the input of grounding facilities is sufficient and the mechanism is elephantine;the coordination mechanism of regional planning construction is not perfect,and the controlling is not enough.Therefore,the urbanization of Baotou rural and pastoral areas must be advanced to promote Baotou's economic development and improve the living level.
