| 摘 要： | 民族舞蹈具有悠久的历史和广泛的群众基础,把它与体育运动结合起来,进行改造、发展,使之形成民族体育舞蹈,在民族高校体育课中加以推行。本文对民族体育舞蹈的价值及民族体育舞蹈的强身健体作用进行论述,对民族高校开设民族体育舞蹈的可行性提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | National dance has a long history and a broad mass basis. We can combine national dance with sports and then reform it so as to form national sports dance and introduce it in sport classes in national colleges and universities. This thesis discusses its value and function of building up a good physique and puts forth some proposals about the feasibility of offering the course of national sports dance. |
