| 摘 要： | 处于规模扩张期的我国中小企业在融资方面受到较大的制约 ,与此同时数十亿的民间资本因为各种原因处于“休眠”期。建立健全民间融资体系 ,积极启动民间资本 ,拓宽中小企业融资 ,才能达到双赢。

| Abstract: | Small and medium-sized enterprises of our country which are expanding have greater restriction in financing.Meanwhile hundreds of millions of folk capital is in "dormancy" because of various kinds of reasons. By establishing the system of perfecting folk financing, starting the folk capital actively, widening the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, we could double our wins. |
