聚合物白光发光二极管的研究进展

摘    要:针对聚合物白光发光二极管(WPLEDs)在显示和照明领域广阔的应用前景,从器件结构和相关材料方面进行了讨论。从结构上将白光器件分为单发光层器件和多发光层器件;从发光材料的性质上将白光器件分为荧光器件、磷光器件和单一高分子白光器件。通过探讨各种器件的优势和不足,提出了各种器件的发展方向,并对WPLEDs面临的机遇和挑战做出了评述。
