The Mode of Cash Payment for Economic Compensation in the Reform of Business-system and the Cashing of Assets

In the process of the reform of business system, the mode of cash payment for employee' s economic compensation is proved to be more acceptable. The compensatory amounts come from the net assets value while the cashing of the assets is realized by two ways: the operation of commodities and operation of capital. In case when commodity operation can't meet sufficiently the demands, the problem may be solved through the transaction of property right in the operation of capital. The practice, however, the following conditions should be satisfied: 1) to establish and perfect the structure of property right transaction; 2) to publicize the information about property right transaction; 3) to entrustfirm of capital operation to deal in property right; 4) to carry out the policy of different ways to different cases and policy support.
