公共经济学视角下旅游景区投资研究

摘    要:目前,我国旅游景区大多由单一主体投资,不可避免地出现部分产品供给不足、部分产品供给过剩的现象.本文根据公共经济学理论,区分了不同产品的消费特点和性质,划分了投资产品的类型,并结合投资主体的偏好和能力,提出了不同性质的产品应对应不同的投资主体,以实现有效的融资,完善景区产品结构的目的.

Abstract:In a scenic spot,its tourism product can be divided into public product and private product.On the basis of Theory of Public Economics,the author analyzes various characters and natures of the product's consumption,and classifies categories of investment products.In the meanwhile,according to the preference and capability of investment subjects,the author points out that the tourism product with different characters should correspond to different investment subjects.Presently,owning to single investment on all products in a scenic spot,inevitably,some part of the product is under-supply,while some other part is over-supply,thereby,it is necessary that the municipal government and the project investors should join together to realize a diversified investment mode in a scenic spot.
