汇率变化对延边出国劳务汇入汇款影响研究

1999年,延边出国劳务个人汇入汇款突破1亿美元后呈现逐年递增的良好态势。然而,受汇率变化的影响,2007年延边出国劳务个人汇入汇款为10.05亿美元,比上年减少0.53亿美元,下降4.99%;2008年只有7.49亿美元,比上年减少2.56亿美元,下降25.45%。对于经济欠发达和资金成为发展瓶颈的延边来说,这无疑是一种不利的影响。因此,一要政府和金融部门高度重视;二要正确引导出国劳务收入资金回流;三要出台鼓励出国劳务收入资金回流政策。

Changes of Exchange Rate and the Inward Remittance from Labor Service Abroad in Yanbian

The inward remittance from labor service abroad in Yanbian reached $100 million in 1999 and then has kept a yearly progressive increase.However,the change of exchange rate have resulted in a decrease of 4.99% in 2007 with the remittance of $1.05 billon,53 million less than that in 2006,and $0.749 billion in 2008,256 million less or a decrease of 25.45% than that in 2007.The underdeveloped economy and bottleneck encounter are now making the above situation more serious for Yanbian to further develop.Therefore,the local government and financial institutions should pay more attention to the situation and encourage the labor income recycling by suitable measures and favorable policies so as to eliminate the negative effect of the decrease.
