| Abstract: | Views on business values,management and ethics in China,Japan and Korea are analyzed herein so as to find out similarities and differences of the above points as well as the drawbacks of corporate cultures in the three countries.All these will be significant for China＇s construction of corporate culture and cross-culture management. |
