| 摘 要： | 亲权制度是规范父母子女关系的重要法律制度。韩国《民法》规定的亲权制度在亲权的主体、内容与消灭等方面比较完善,而我国现行法律还没有独立完整的亲权制度。由于中国与韩国都属于东方文化的国家,因此韩国法的规定对我国立法更具有其借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | As an important legal system,parental right normalizes the relationship between parents and children.The subject,the contents and deprivation of parental right in the Civil Law of South Korea are comparatively well-defined.However,present law related to the right in China is still dependent and incomplete.As both countries are influenced by eastern cultures,the contents of parental right defined in the Law of South Korea will be more significant for China to refer to. |
