| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和组织变革的过程中,人们越来越意识到图式、心智模式在组织持续发展中的重要作用。图式和心智模式概念的提出由来已久,并在不同的领域进行了探讨和研究。文章对图式、心智模式的相关文献进行了回顾,并提出了心智模式的管理策略。
