| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国的信息化工作有了很大的进展,但农业信息化仍然存在较多问题。加入WTO以后,加速我国的农业信息化进程,显得更为迫切,意义更为重大。只有迅速构建我国的农业信息化网络,促进农业信息化的健康发展,才能有效推动整个农业现代化的发展。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening to the outside world. China has begun to study and use information science, but there are still many problems in the Agricultural information science. After China joined WTO, it immediately became more important to establish effective information systems. Only when a solid infrastructure for agricultural information science has been developed can an overall modernization of the Agricultural sector take place. |
